Lian Xiaoyang stressed that itwas necessary to fully recognize the situation of flood control work, establish a sense of previous prevention, dynamically observe the amount of water in the river, and formulatethecorresponding preventive measures;it also should promote theriver management project as planned, organized carefullyand optimizedschemesto ensurethecompletiontimely. Meanwhile,it need toformulate safety measures for construction in the rainy season, put the prevention work in front, and effectively curb the occurrence of various accidents.
